Our patended invention; The Variator is a mechanical unit that can generate vibration/oscillation. The amplitude or stroke on the connecting rod is stepless adjustable between 0 mm and a maximum, that is depending on the Variator size. The shaft is passing so it is possible to connect multiple Variators to the same motor.As an induvidual component, the Variator is as standard available in 4 different sizes (see table below) . The inner parts of the Variator is lubricated by oil which has to be changed for each 500 hour. The calculated estimated life before an overhaul is 5000 hour.
