Custom Machining specializes in the manufacture of custom pulleys and pulley bar stock.

We can provide pulleys and pulley stock in various sizes from ¼" to 9" in diameter, HDT 2mm, 3mm, 5mm, 5T, XL, L, 10mm and addition sizes as well. Likewise, we can machine pulleys out of steel, aluminum, plastic, and basically any material that can be machined.

Some examples in the photo show precision machining of drive pins to ± .0002" from centerline of part. Bores can be held to ±.0001 if required.

Typical applications of these custom pulleys include high speed assembly machines, robotics, agriculture, power transmission, conveyor systems, timing and two side timing.
