Recommendation:
Sufficient cooling capacity is essential to reduce roll ring's thermal fatigue and stress which cause crack and damage in roll rings.
Temperature is recommended to be below 20~ 30 centigrade.
Presure of cooling water is recommend to be 5~6 bar.
Cooling Water is Jetted in a radial direction and at least half of the roll circumstance is cooled by spray jets with a water volume around 30m3/h.
