Milestone is one of Indias largest manufacturer of tractor bull gears and a leading OEM supplier to all major tractor companies in the country. The company manufactures bull gears upto 600mm diameter and 10 module. The turning setup for gears consists of 4 dedicated CNC horizontal turning centres, followed by vertical broaching. The gear cutting facilities consists of three new CNC hobbers with hydraulic fixturings as well as shavers with infinitely variable spindle and table drives. Straight as well as K profiles within Din 7 are achievable using such a setup.  
 
The plant has state-of-the-art heat treatment facilities which includes :
  
One CNC controlled fine carburising (FC) seal quench furnace, with hot oil quenching.
Two computer controlled and programmable gas carburizing furnaces (GCF), charge washing machines, hot oil quenchers and tempering furnaces.
Two dual-medium frequency, PLC controlled, single shot induction hardening machine for gears.  
   
We have further strengthed our bull gear manufacturing capabilities
with recent addition of :  
Completely automated Shot Peening machine for shafts and gears, complete with Shot Classifier & Automatic Replenisher, compliant with AMS-S-13165 and ISO-12686.
5 Axis KANZAKI CNC Shaving model GSX-350-NC5 for components upto 350 dia.
2 new 3 Axis CNC Hobbers with hydraulic fixtures for gears upto 630mm dia.
