1. Consist of frame, rubber cushion, bearing and seal. The slinger is also available according to application conditions.

2. Rubber Cushion is made of NBR, there are some grooves on both side to accommodate shocking and swing from axial direction or radial direction.

3. Seal lips of rubber cushion are matched with slinger to improve seal capability.

4. Special seal configuration to prevent grease leakage, eliminate water penetration and maintain a low frication torque

5. frame surface finished includes zinc-plated, plastic coating and electrophoresis for having performance of antirust. Plastic coating has better performance on spalling resistance, moisture proofing, corrosion proof and rustproof.
