JDB-1 solid setting bearing is a high performance solid lubricating product inlaid into a special formula lubricant on high strength brass base. It breaks through the limitations of depending on oil film lubrication for ordinary bearings.

In the course of application, an excellent condition of oil, powder co-existing lubrication is formed through friction heat, which both protects the shaft no abrasion and makes solid lubrication property perpetual.
