Main Materials:
1. Housings:Die-cast aluminum alloy (frame size:030 up to 090);Casting iron (frame size:110 to 130 )
2. Worm:20cr steel, carburization and nitriding treatment (keep the hardness of tooth surface be hrc60 and the thickness of harden layer over 0.5mm after precise grinded).
3. Worm wheel:Special wearable bronze and nickel bronze alloy.

Paint-Aluminium Alloy Housing:  
1. Shot blasting and special antiseptic treatment on the aluminum alloy surface.
2. After phosphating, coated with blue ral5010 baking finished.
3. Cast-iron housing: Painted with RAl5010 blue baking finished.
