Description:
Inlaid back-up roller is one of the forged steel supporting rolls. Its basic method is to make roll core with
material of well toughness. And the roller shell is made from material of great high hardness and wear
resistance. A new type of roll will be manufactured by putting the core and shell together. The roll has
good toughness. And it is hard to be broken owning to its high hardness and wear resistance.
Comprehensive mechanical properties is really good. The cost would be saved because the cores could
be used repeatedly. The application and development of supporting roller is very important for preventing the roll
breakage, reducing roll consumption, improving the operation efficiency and reducing the cost of
rolling mill.
