Operational principle: The first-effect steam is not only used as the second-effect heat source, but also decompressed part of the steam to used for the first-effect heat source by the way of low noise hot pressing pump. That will greatly reduce steam and water consumption during the course of the concentration and it can save energy and water.

While distilling water, use heat press pump, the heat pump ejector steam pressure is 0.5-0.7Mpa, first-effect heating temperature: 90°C; first-effect evaporating temperature: 75°C; second-effect heating temperature: 75°C; second-effect evaporating temperature: 55°C.
