The axles with tight tolerances, diameter up to 500mm, length up to 2980mm.We made a special machine to drill the three threading holes in both sides,this is also the difficult point of this axle.

Machining equipments: Big CNC lathes, special machine for drilling.

Heat treatment: Q+T.

Materials: 42CrMo4, 34CrNiMo6, etc.
