What's coal briquetting production line production process?
Coal briquette machine mainly for coal powder, coke powder, coal gangue, coke breeze and other difficult to form powder materials. The machine features: high forming pressure, adjustable main machine speed, match with spiral feeding device.
Coal briquette machine production line need the following equipments:

1.Raw coal: in raw ore or powder coal with low heating value, after become coal can make block coal using to improve heating value;
2.Compound crusher: crushing block material in coal powder, more convenient for coal powder completely mixing;
3.Feeder: control the whole production line quantity, make sure uniform feeding and also uniform feed to briquette machine;
4.Horizontal mixer: control the whole production quantity, make sure uniform feeding and uniform feed to briquette machine also make function of fine mixing and kneading;
5.Coal briquette machine: through uniform mixed coal, then press to briquettes, make sure coal briquettes strength and density;
6.Dryer: used for drying formed coal briquettes to achieve industrial or civil standard, it's final products.
