PYG(S) series hydraulic single cylinder cone crusher is a kind of high efficiency crusher independently

and high hardness brittle material such as chrome ore, basalt, granite, the machine is widely used in

Performance Features:

1. The spindle has supports on both ends, which can bear more crushing force and more stroke;

2 .The perfect combination of the stroke, frequency and crushing cavity shape make the capacity larger

more than 40% compared with spring cone crusher.

3. High frequency, big stroke and high energy input make the material crushed in crushing cavity to

produce more cubic products.

4. Hydraulic adjustable discharging outlet size can control product’s size easily without trouble.

5. Wearing parts are easy to be changed ,avoiding filling material as the spring cone crusher.

6. Circular-arc bevel gear makes the machine operate more stable with less noise and higher

transmission efficiency.

7. Hydraulic protection device can make crushing cavity automatically reset once the machine

overloads.

8. This series hydraulic cone crusher has PYG type for secondary crushing and fine crushing and

PYGS type for coarse crushing to meet different clients’ requirements.
