YA Series Circular Vibrating Screen for Stone and Sand Separating

Brief Introduction:

YA series circular vibrating screen is widely used for screening sand and stone in quarry. It is also

applied for material classification in coal preparation, mineral beneficiation, building materials,

construction, power plant and chemical industry etc.

Performance Features:

1. Large exciting force and high screening efficiency by using eccentric shaft as vibration source.

2. Commonality of spare parts. only 4 kinds of vibrators for more than 20 models of the screen.

3. Easy to adjust exciting force and amplitude by changing quantities of eccentric balance weight block.

4. In case of accident of side plate cracking because of welding technique, we adopt riveting

interconnecting piece with ring-grooved lock bolt.

5. Low noise, steady resonance region and little pressure on the base by choosing optimally designed

spring.

6. Suitable for harsh working condition by using thin oil lubrication on bearing.

7. By using low alloy bending structure steel (Q345), it still can work in cold area at -40°C.
