It adopts synchronous control technology. The welding time and free running welding are controlled by PLC numerical programmable system. The input panel falls into two types, touch screen or keyboard, which makes the operation more reasonable and more intelligent. The welding is drived by pneumatic system, which makes the adusting of the welding pressure simple and convinent. The transversal wire feeding system is with hopper type drived by step motor. Both the mesh pulling system and longitudinal wire feeding system are controlled by step motor. It is special for mine timbering mesh and the mesh opening size can be adjustable within certain scope.
