PPGI Steel Coil for metal roofing
PPGI Steel Coil use hot dip galvanized steel coil as substrate. Paint on hot dip galvanized steel make its corrosion resistance better. It usually used to indoor and outdoor decoration. Our production meets the standard of EN10147 DX51D+Z, JIS G3312 CGCC, ASTM A755M A653MService life of PPGI coils can up to 20 years without fading.(Zn 60g, 25um painted in top and 10um painted in back)

How to order?
1.1.1 We have some coils in stock, MOQ 1 coil
1.1.2 For customized products, please inform me:
a. color
Usually we can produce according to RAL color card or sample
Other special grain:simulated Wood grain ,Stone grain and Embossed
b. thickness
We can make from 0.14 mm to 1.6mm as your requirement
c. width
We can make from 600 mm to 1250 mm, and common width are 1000mm, 1219mm and 1250mm.
d. paint thickness
Usually we can make 25um in top and 10um in back
e. weight of Zn coating
We can provide 40g-275g per square meter, most customers demand 60g/m2.
