Pretreament of shea butter oil extraction：

Cleaning Process :Use vibration cleaning sieve and magnetic selector to get better cleaning effect. The dedusting system uses single union cyclone and centrifugal fan 

to remove dust effectively, so as to to ensure workshop hygiene and clear light impurities

Crushing Process  

Flaking Process:  Hydraulic compact roller flaker is used to ensure thin and uniform flake, with high toughness and small powder.

Pressing Process : Use ZX32 oil press for secondary pressing to increase oil recovery, and the residual oil in cake is 6-7%
