Packing Seal Low Pulse Overhung Impeller Centrifugal Pump Can Be Used In Pulp

Description:

This a completely leakproof seal-less volute type pump and is intended for pumping corrosive, volatile, radioactive and otherwise difficult to handle or toxic fluids where even small quantities of leakage cannot be tolera. This pump adopts packing seal, which is composed by shaft sleeve, packing and packing gland. When the pump is working, shaft rotates through the two single-row radial ball bearings. The shaft will drive the impeller rotating in the pump body which is composed by pump case and pump cover. The two back-up bearings of the shaft both lie down the right side of the shaft, so the left side equipped with impeller is overhung.

Feature:

1. Reasonable flow rate: equipped diffusion tube on the outlet of pump, the flow velocity of inlet and out is less than 3m/s, which reduce the loss of pipeline.

2. Convenient disassembly: the pump casing and cover are separated from the back of impeller. So it is easy to overhaul. When maintenance, it is no need to move the inlet and outlet, you can just take away the coupling, move the motor, and then you can take out the impeller and other parts to check.
