The Adjustable Blades of LMJ Mode Agitator Pump for Circulating and Stirring Slurry
Description:
Our agitator pump is main used in paper mill, which is different with the agitator used in paint factory. It can push the liquid in a certain direction. So the agitator also called paper pulp thruster.
Future:
1. The angle of blades can be adjusted to satisfy the users’ meets preferably.
2. Using check washer to prevent the blades loosen
3. Guide plate not only protects the shaft, but also improves the efficiency of agitation
4. Use elastic band to fix the belt wheel, and it’s convenient to disassembly and assembly
5. Emergency trip system is conducive to overhaul, maintain and upkeep of agitator.
6. Sleeve on the shaft is through superficial processing, so that the shaft has long service life
7. The shaft and bearings with large size can make the agitator operating more stably.
8. The agitator is directly fixed on the side wall of tank. It doesn’t need base.

Applications:
The main function of agitator is circulating and agitating slurry which can avoid the phenomenon of slurry sink. It can swell up, hydrate and defiber the pulp fiber. The pump is suitable to the pulp pool or tower whose effective volume is less than 200m3. And the concentration of liquid should be less than 6%.
