Fresh mangoes are only selected from Thailand good farm, are used as raw material for frozen IQF mangoes which are produced by the lead manufacturer of frozen fruit industry. The frozen mango is obtained from Thai varieties(Keao, Nam Dok Mai) and freezed in an IQF tunnel with the highest care. 

Before entering the IQF tunnel the mango is thoroughly washed in water, peeled and cut. The available cuts for our frozen mangoes are dices (10mm, 15mm and 20mm) and chunks, every cut is hand made.
