--Cooking process 
Start empty rotary roaster, let it work for 1 minute to check if it works well. If no abnormality, open the heating system and preheat for about 10 minutes. Then the sesame seeds are fed into roaster. Cooking process has strict demand on fire. The first several minutes should be big fire, when the seeds become light yellow turn to small fire. The cooked sesame seeds are conveyed to vibrating screen for sieving and reducing temperature, then is the pressing stage.

--Pressing Stage
We use hydralic oil press to expell sesame seed oil. Hydralic oil press is specially used for expressing sesame seed oil, rapeseed oil and other crop seeds oil.It is light in weight, convenient and easy to operate. Before pressing, the machine should be warmed up for 5-10 minutes. Then the cooked sesame seeds are fed into cage for pressing. During pressing, great friction created between seeds and press worm, thus the seeds move forward and create huge heat which further pushes the protein broken and the oil easily pressed out. Hydralic oil press special design saves much time at pressing as the oil is pure enough for direct use and need no oil refining.
