Description:
The impeller is tested with dynamic balance. It is fixed by shaft sleeve and shaft sleeve nut, and the axial position can be adjusted by the shaft sleeve nut. The axial force of the impeller can be balance according to the symmetrical arrangement of the impeller. And the bearing on the shaft end will bear the surplus axial force. Pump shaft is supported by two sing-row radial ball bearings or four radial-thrust ball bearings. And the bearings are at the bearing body which is at the two ends of the shaft, and the bearing can be lubricated by butter.
