Spiral  Conveyors

Structure and the application of the spiral conveyor:

Spiral conveyor is usually made up of the general body, feed port and discharging port, driving device. The spiral conveyor can be applied to horizontal and inclined transportation of the powder, granular and small block materials, such as coal, ash, slag ,cement, grain and other materials less than 200 °C.The spiral conveyor is not suitable for the materials which is too viscous, easy to agglomerate or goes bad easily. The Spiral conveyor is especially used in the concrete mixing station.

Before the spiral conveyor beginning to run, Customers must operate under the following actions:

1. Close the switch of the total power, check if the indicator light of the spiral conveyor is normal.

2. Close the power switch of every loop, check is normal or not. The normal condition is that: the device does not move, belt conveyor’s indicator light can’t be bright. What’s more, the light of inverter and other equipment is lit, and the display panel of the inverter doesn’t show any trouble-free code

3. According to process flow in the electrical equipment, after the confirmation of the equipment is normal, we can start the next
