Working Principle of Horizontal Drying and Carbonization All-in-one Machine

Drying stage from the start of ignition to the furnace temperature up to 160 °C, when the moisture contained rod mechanisms rely mainly on external heat and the heat generated by the combustion itself is evaporated. The chemical composition of rod mechanism hardly changed.

The initial stage of carbonization this phase depends mainly on the rod’s own combustion heat, the furnace temperature to rise to between 160 ~ 280 °C. The composition is unstable, such as hemicelluloses decomposition of CO2, CO, and a small amount of acetic acid and other substances.

This phase full carbonization temperature is 300 ~ 650 °C. In this stage, the wood material is thermally decomposed rapidly, while generating a large number of acetic acid, methanol and wood tar and other liquid products. Methane, ethylene and other flammable gases, the combustion of combustible gas are also produced in the furnace. Thermal decomposition and combustion gases generated a lot of heat, the furnace temperature rises, and carbonized wood into carbon at high temperatures.

Raw material whose particle size is less than 50 mm and water content is less than 25%, they can go into the all-in-one machine to process carbonization, such as: sawdust, rice husk, shell, palm shell, peanut shell, bamboo shavings, shavings, can be directly carbonized; Carbonizing larger raw materials(more than 50 mm), such as branches, bark, coconut shell, straw, hemp pole, peduncle, it will need to be crushed  first, then being carbonized; if the water content is more than 30%, we can choose two-type machine for production.
