Usage

2. Used as color-keeper and antiseptic of juice emulsion stabilizer of egg yolk.
3. Also used as pharmaceutical intermediate, cosmetic, rinse, metal cleaner, buffering agent, retarder in textile industry, fluorescent whitening agent of polyester fibre.
