Vilof-Nanoline is a white, odorless and slightly sweet inulin powder extracted from chicory roots with an average DP of 23-65. As a long-chain inulin, Vilof-Nanoline can be used as a fat substituent and texture modifier in foods such as yoghurts, energy bars etc. while keeping the sticky and creamy mouth feel. Unlike most of the other inulin products in the market, Vilof-Nanoline is obtained through nano-filtration technologies without using any enzymes or chemicals which may residue in the end product.
