Recommendations and Applications:

Silane coupling agent Si-50 is successfully and widely used in rubber industry.

It improved the vulcanizates’  performance in tensile strength , tear strength , abrasion resistance , 

anti vulcanization reversion and compression set , as well as decrease compound’s viscosity and increase processing safety. 

Si-50 is especially applicable for rubber compound using silica and silicate as filler , 

such as silica , talc powder , mica powder , clay , etc. 

It is applicable to polymers including NR , SBR , BR , NBR , EPDM , IR , etc. 

Mainly used in manufacturing tires , soles , roller , seals , and other rubber products.

Composition :

Pre-dispersed 50% bis-(γ-triethoxysilylpropyl)-tetrasulfide in 50% elastomeric/surfactant binder.
