Sintered metal powder multipore material is a new type of filtering separation material, made with industry metal powder in high temperature. BEOT manufactures a variety of filter material, such as disk, sheet, tube and equipment according to the customers’ requirement. The seamless filter elements are manufactured by isostatic pressing or co-axial pressing via powder metallurgy process. Fittings and connector can be bonded to the porous parts by welding (TIG welding), machining or directly welded during sintering process.
The pore size can be adjusted by suitable selection of the powder size fraction and the process parameters.
