Box type Tempering Furnace is an energy-saving periodic operating furnace. It is used for metalwork tempering in the air and solution hardening, tempering, aging of light alloy mechanicals, which include aluminum alloy casting, piston and aluminium plate, etc. The shell of Box type tempering furnace is shaped cylinder of steel plate and profiled steel. The inner of furnace cover is made from stainless steel.
The furnace lining is built with 0.6g/cm3 ultra-light, energy-saving fire-resisting, heat-retaining bricks. There are some aluminum silicates set between the furnace lining and the furnace shell to keep the temperature.
