This filling machine, which has thirty heads, is an automatically washing(blowing dust), filling and capping machine.
It could be applicable fix quantify filling and capping of all kinds of edible oil, garden spgarden stuff catsup, bechamel, granule drink, catsups (such as juice) and lowness foam liquid material. Also it could fill cosmetic, pesticide, etc.
Its function is followed: automatically control the liquid level of filling jar and feeding, feed bottles by air conveyer, automatically open valve if there are bottles, do not fill if there aren¡¯t bottles.
A PLC controls the whole machine. Operation status can be visualized.
