Lines of rollers are slantly fixed to the beam. Load the pallet from the upper end. The pallet slides down to the lower end by gravity. Built –in bumper system in each line to guide the pallet at a steady speed when sliding down.
Separators are located in between lines to control the flow.
Space utilization rate of the pallet flow rack is higher than that of the push back and drive in rack under FIFO (First-in-first-out). It is being widely accepted in various industries.
