Mould/tool material: DIN1.2316 for core and cavity, hardness HRC40+/-2, the parting heat treatment can reach to HRC46+/-3.
Mould/tool life: at least 1 million shots
Making method: For piepes less 110mm diameter, all use submarine gate, automatic knockout
Surface finish: smooth ejector pin and gate mark
Strong point: high strength, good cooling effect, high production efficiency and long life
