Application:

Our products are mainly applied to industries for splicing and repairing for conveyor belts such as metallurgy, mine, power plant, port, dock, construction material cement, chemical industry , tobacco ,and food automatic line field

Technical Parameters:

2. Vulcanizing pressure:100 PSI (Determined by detailed rubber belts)

3. operating prssure up to 200 p.s.i.(14Bar) for fabric and/or steel cord conveyor belt.

4.vulcanizing temperature:145 °C(adjustable 0~200 °C )

5. Temperature-sising time(from normal temperature to vulcanizing temperature): no more than 50 min.

6. Time of heat preservation for vulcanizing could be adjusted according to thickness of the rubber belts;
