Shandong Dongping Hongda Mining-Filling SystemOverview:
Shandong Dongping Hongda Mining Co.,Ltd, founded in May 2005, is invested and organized by Zibo Hongda Ming Co.,Ltd by acquiring exploration rights. The mine is located in Pengji town which is in south of Dongping County, has 99.86 million tons of ore reserves and 25.39 square kilometers exploration range. The filling station is designed with two sets of system (one use and one standby), with filling capacity of one system is 80 m3/h.
Basic plan:
The iron ore filling station is contracted and installed by our company with our process optimization and equipments. As the tailing storage is omitted on technology, the tail sand can be directly sent into filling station through concentration plant, and be directly made as aggregate after swirl dense. New type alkali-activated cementing material is used to solve the utilization of superfine tail sand, so as to achieve full tail sand cementing filling.
