Basic Plans:Chengchao Iron Ore adopts the full tailings filling process, in which we choose the full tailings and cement/cement substitutes as filling materials and set up two tailings warehouses and a cement silo. The full tailings use natural dewatering, overflow and drain value to drain water. When filling, it uses compressed air to produce mud and pipeline to avoid sand. The filling equipment makes use of two continuous stirring with biaxial mixer and efficient activation mixer. It drills the hole for filling and is conveyed by underground gravitational flow.
