The raw material of EPE foam products is LDPE,TALCUM, BUTANE,; Ldpe is fed into screw with L/D 55:1 by automatic loading equipment. The talcum powder is deliveryed to the hopper via screw conveyor. And then enter into screw to plasticize. The anti-shrink agent is injected into screw by GMS pump to mix with melton molten LDPE. The liquid butane will be injected into the screw under the high pressure of butane pump . The blend materials plasticized will be extruded out via the handpiece. Then epe foam sheet will be cooled by water and air ring.Epe foam sheet is towed and wind into roll. the meter counter will alarm automatically and he new paper corn will replace the epe roll after the product reaching the need length. Then discharge the roll, weigh, pack and delivery to warehouse.
