This is an automatic PLC machine for the mechanical application of a self-locking insert to avoid the loosening of the screws. It has a medium production capacity of 1200pcs / HR (max 1800pcs / HR) depending from the measures of the screws. It applies a nylon (or PVC) insert into the threaded part of the screws. It is possible to make this kind of application on screws with following measures: M 1. 4; Head (1, 8 / 2 / 2, 2 / 2, 5mm) ; longer from 3 to 4, 5mm.
