The driven pay-off of loose tube guarantees small tension. The tension is stable. The dual yarn binder works in opposite direction but binds on the same point. The tension of yarn is adjustable.
The SZ stranding oscillator is fully differential structure, which is driven by 5 Panasonic servo motors. The stranding pitch is stable.
The production line has a sound-light alarming system of tension overrun, yarn breaking.
