Maple Cream Made from Grade A Light Amber syrup (sometimes known as Fancy) , and is a light tan color. Maple Cream is often used as a spread or frosting for any grain based food like bread, toast, crackers, cakes or pastries. Maple cream is thicker than maple butter and has a stronger flavor.
