This tea is originally produced in a remote village called Chan Gang, quietly standsin the profound of the Four Brightness Mountain. In the old times, the villagersgathered the finest leaves early in the morning and made the teas in theirhome. 8-10 hours were needed to accomplish the primary processing, during whichvillagers used their hands to shape the leaves, in a hot pan-wok, into a loose ball-likeappearance. As it was fairly difficult to produce, this tea was servedto entertain their guest during some big days. Ours are produced in our Panan factoryaccording to traditional method.
