This single estate red dry wine is made from the traditional Georgian grape variety Saperavi, harvested in Kakheti, Mukuzani appellation Every year the winemaker especially selects the best Saperavi grapes for this particular wine, based on the flavor intensity, balance and tannin structure. The fruit is then hand picked and carefully processed in order to retain the flavor intensity and elegance. At the end of fermentation the wine is transferred into small French oak barrels for maturation. The wine is bottled in about 20 months. This wine develops breed aroma, strong fruit and vanilla flavor from the barrel, silky tannin structure and long finish. The wine develops and improves furtherly in the bottle for years.  The vintage 2003 is bottled only 9200 bottles. Due to minimal treatment and filtration, sediment creation within the bottle is admissible.
