  MuscatRegional wine from Thrace region. The wine is made from grape variety Muscat. The grape harvest was made by hand in the begining of September, shelled and pressed with pneumatic press. Grape must is treating with 2 g / hl pectoletic enzymes for white wines and 3-5 g per hl SO2 and chilled to 10 13 C. Clean grape must is taken from precipitate and fermented under controlled temperature 15 17 C with help of selected wine yeast 20g per hl. When the alcoholic fermentation stop in the wine is added 5-8 g per hl SO2. following stabilization with bentonit 20-40 g per hl and sterility bottling.The wine is characterized with lemon yellow color, strong bouquet of peach, apricot and roses, the taste is fruity with long finish.Alcohol 13 %Sugar 1-3 gr. / lAcid 6 6,3 gr. /l
