1.1 Coil carØ For the loading of the un-coiler.
Ø The coil car is provided with a hydraulic shear lifting device with V-support for the coil.
Ø The horizontal travel motion for loading is affected via three phase A.C motor. All functions are released manually in inching operation.
1.2 Upper un-coiler
Ø The coiler stand consists of a solid steel weldment.
Ø The coiler mandrel is expanded by a hydraulically operated heavy-duty expanding wedge-system. Mandrel bearing designed as solid self-aligned roller bearing.
Ø For threading of strip into the line, a D.C motor is provided which also serve as a brake during the continuous strip de-coiling process performed by the following line.
