Basic plan:Gangue (waste rock) filling process, designed by our company for Xingtai Coal Mine, will mix the gangue and fly ash on the ground according to a certain proportion, and put them into gangue silo through large-diameter drilling, and convey them to working face through belt and reversed loader, and then fill them into worked-out section through suspension conveyor at filling bracket rear tail boom. Besides, the bracket is installed with hydraulic tamping mechanism, which can tamp the filling slurry and make them form filling body with design strength, thereby achieving the goal of supporting roof.
