CNG pipe standard•Tube surface with 5-7 um zinc coated, which can keep 52~80 hour salt spray test without red rust.
•Both ends of tube without rag, corner processing, smooth, absence of distortion.
•CNG pipe is welding pipe with annealing treatment before zinc plating.
•Inside of pipe should be no rust
•Bending pipe with tools of 25mm radius, bending torsion should no more than 11NM
PVC package requirement
•CNG pipe should be covered with PVC after zinc plating, single wall thickness is 0.65±0.2mm.
•There is 20-50mm naked tube without PVC at the roll ends. Both ends are fit with white plastic jacket.
