Description:Copper expanded metal is high quality brass sheet or coil that has been slit and expanded up to ten times its original width. The formation of the diamond shaped pattern adds to the strength and rigidity of the sheet. Copper expanded metal can be processed into different opening shapes, such as, standard rhombic shape, heavy type tortoise-shaped expanded metal, also known as hexagonal shape, flattened shape and some special shapes or designs. Most of our machines for copper expanded metal are from 3 feet wide to 5 feet wide. The opening of copper expanded metal includes diamond, hexagonal, flattened and special shape.
Application:
Because of the characters of copper alloy, copper expanded metal is mostly used as special electro or chemical filter or other media filter, and also because of its special appearance, it is used in design industry as well.
