Oxygen Free Annealing Wire

Black annealed wire offers excellent flexibility and softness through the process of oxygen free annealing.

Black annealed wire also called black oil iron wire or soft black annealed wire. 

Black annealed wire is made of iron wire, mainly used as tie wire or binding wire in construction. The soft annealed wire is more conomic than the cold drawing hard wire for making nails.

Annealed wire is mainly processed into coil wire, spool wire or big package wire, or  further straightened and cut into cut wire and U type wire 

Black annealed wire is mainly used as industrial wire, construction wire, industrial bale tie wire and constructional tie wire, etc.

in coils and each coil to be wrapped inside with PVC strips and outside with Hessian cloth or inside with PVC strips and outside with weaving bag also can be made according to our customers' requirements.
